The elegant universe
www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/elegant/program.html
Some time ago NOVA made a documentary called "The elegant universe" based on the book by the same title written by Brian Greene, who also hosted the documentary. It gives an explanation of modern physic theories in layman's terms. They still keep it available on their website, I can really recommend this. Posted at 5:42am on Mon, Aug 25 2008

How to pray
www.qibla.org/pray.htm
Although Islam recognize that there are many ways to pray, it also holds that one method of prayer is best of all. This is the prayer that has been made mandatory for all people. Even among Muslims there are a lot who don't pray as it should be. This guide is true to the knowledge of hadith and explains how to pray in the fashion that the Prophet (peace be upon him) did. The introduction also sheds some light on the correct approach toward the contradicting views of the four Schools of Imams accepted by Sunnism. Posted at 5:40am on Mon, Aug 25 2008
